Basically I’m getting 7 litres of fat removed for BBL and 1050 cc injected into my butt and hips. What inches will my waist be and butt if my waist is 38 inches and my butt measures 44inches?
Answer: Is it possible to take 7 inches off waist with BBL and liposuction? Hello, thank you for your question. 7.5 liters is a very large volume to remove, remember that fat and fluid is removed, not just fat, but regardless, removing more than 5 liters of fat is not common in many practices. Although pictures would be helpful, from your height and weight, I could probably liposuction 5 liters and transfer 1200 cc to 1800 cc per buttock, depending upon desires and amount of fat present. The results of the liposuction and the Brazilian butt lift are highly surgeon dependent. In some patients I can reduce the waist by 6 to 8 inches.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Miah0510, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but liposuction is not a weight loss procedure. It will help you contour your body. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Is it possible to take 7 inches off waist with BBL and liposuction? Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Anticipating inches and pounds if you're a good candidate for the procedure and you've chosen your surgeon well then you should have a good outcome. I suggest not trying to measure this by inches or pounds. Most of the people who do this are disappointed. it's also typically a mistake to try to predetermine how much fat should be removed or how much should be injected. when done as an elective outpatient procedure the American Society of plastic surgeons recommends not more than 5 liters of fat be removed with liposuction. in Florida the state law requires not more than 4 liters of fat be removed. patients who would benefit from having 7 liters of fat removed with liposuction it should consider losing weight before the procedure. best, Mats Hagstrom MD
