Is it possible to take 7 inches off waist with BBL and liposuction?

Hello, thank you for your question. 7.5 liters is a very large volume to remove, remember that fat and fluid is removed, not just fat, but regardless, removing more than 5 liters of fat is not common in many practices. Although pictures would be helpful, from your height and weight, I could probably liposuction 5 liters and transfer 1200 cc to 1800 cc per buttock, depending upon desires and amount of fat present. The results of the liposuction and the Brazilian butt lift are highly surgeon dependent. In some patients I can reduce the waist by 6 to 8 inches.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but liposuction is not a weight loss procedure. It will help you contour your body. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
