i had an eyebrow transplant over a month ago and there is still swelling (looks white) directly above the eyebrow.i'm getting alarmed by this.should it have gone down by now? the doctor who did it (in Dubai) is not phased but i am.

Answer: Swelling after eyebrow transplant Swelling and redness are common andusually last for a few days. It also completely settle within few weeks. If your swelling last more than a few weeks, you should go back to see your surgeon.

Answer: Swelling Its quite normal to be swollen for weeks to months after surgery. There are several treatments that may help but time is the best therapy. Go back to your surgeon for a full evaluation. Good luck

Answer: Eyebrow swelling not uncommon Depending on the type and quantity of anesthesia used, swelling can definitely occur. Your doctor may be able to prescribe some prednisone or other steroid to help. Gently icing the area (just don't let the ice stick to the grafts!) may also help.
