Thanks for your question. Sorry to hear your nose has given you so many troubles! I think that a lot of this fullness in your infratip region is going to be swelling. When we do rhinoplasty of any kind, the skin is lifted up to expose the structures underneath. The tissue swells and it can take months for the tissue to then shrink down against the new underlying structure. You also have scarring from your previous procedure which will slow down the healing process and keep you more swollen, and for longer, than you would have been otherwise. Be patient with it; it hopefully will improve with time.
