I’ve had huge struggles with breastfeeding my first baby and could only manage to produce 2-3oz a day even using medications to lactate. I have tuberous breasts but am wondering if you would also diagnose me with IGT? I have 285cc Natrelle implants placed over the muscle. Would an explant possibly help with milk production in future due to the placement of the implants? Would I be left with lots of droopy skin as I wouldn’t want a lift for future breastfeeding? Thanks in advance

Your anesthesiologist needs to be made aware of your issue so your arms and shoulders can be positioned well in surgery. You only have one capsule in each breast. Anything you can do to decrease the weight of your breasts might improve your symptoms, but you still may come to a more involved...
For best fat survival, I would suggest first having your implants and capsules removed, and then doing the fat transfer at a second surgery once healed and the swelling has subsided. You might decide that you don't want any fat grafting.
Once the breast implants are removed you'll need a full breast lift to correct the shape. The incision would be anchor type and would also reduce the size of your areola's
