Crooked lips. Is there something that can be done to treat this? (Photo)

I had a lip implant placed in my upper lip. It ended up contracting on one side. I eventually had it removed over 20 years ago. Unfortunately now when I smile my lip and philtrum clearly go to the right side. I've asked a doctor about it and he mentioned there is built up scar tissue on that one side. I have tried fillers and Botox and it just makes it look worse. Is there something that can be done.
