Hello I'm 21 and I have a very noticeable downturned mouth corner/lip on the right side. It seems like there is more fat/muscle pulling down the lip and making the right side of the face more rounded than the chiseled left side. How can I lift the right side without changing the overall appearance too much? Note: I do chew mainly with the left chiseled side and the right side jaw is rounded

A neurotoxin can be injected into the lower portions of the chin in order to cause the corners of the mouth to turn up. However, this can cause an asymmetric smile if the exact muscles are not injected on either side. This does not require any scars. The oral commissures (corners) can be turned up utilizing an in office procedure that will leave only a very faint scar along the edges of the vermillion border (red lip). This can be a more permanent way to fix the downturned corners but will result in a scar.
