Question

I was bitten by a dog many years ago and would now like surgery to correct the asymmetry and define the outline as well as make them bigger without fillers. I have had botox in upper and lower lip region to give lip lift effect a week ago

Hello !

It looks like you could benefit from a OOS lip lift (an ameliorated version of the traditional liplift I invented) and a lower V-Y plasty (which is a kind of lower lip lift).

The OOS technique not only reduces the distance between the nose and lip, but also enhances the display of upper teeth, adds a slight outward curve to the upper lip's pink vermilion, narrows the mouth opening which tends to widen with age, and even visibly diminishes the nasolabial folds.

I have personably treated patients who had the same problem than you using those techniques with very satisfying results.

Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your photos and I recommend you a lip lifting surgery.Lip lifting is a surgical procedure, which aims to reduce the distance between the columella (base of the nose) and the vermilion border (red upper lip line). This distance tends to elongate with age, although it can be congenitally long even in young people. It would also give more volume to the upper lip.
