Smile/mouth shape alterations for narrow smile too deep in face? (Photos)

Cbp756
What is wrong here? The dentist and the ortho say everything looks fine. I’m having a difficult time explaining to them what it is that I hate about my smile, so no one has been able to offer a resolution. All I know is that the shape my lips and mouth make are hideous to me and it prevents me from ever smiling. One thing that stands out to me in these photos is that my smile seems narrow and too deep into my face, and my bottom lip covers almost all of my top teeth. How are these fixed???
