post 3 sessions of coolsculptmini and total of nearly 6=months from 1st and nearly two from last. 1 and 2 sessions were overlapped 3 was right under chin. 3 consults at 3 different places told me I was the perfect candidate. Totally upset wasted money and feel scammed! surgery in end would have cost same. spent over $4,000. Apparently non evasive isn’t worth it. I don’t see many actual successful chin treatments. Can a reputable doctor look at my photo and give honest sound advice?

Answer: Your pictures clearly show an improvement From the pictures provided, there is no question that you got improvement from CS. The fat has been removed and now you have some loose tissue it looks like. There are a few options for this:-neck lift (surgery)-non-invasive energy based devices (ulthera, endy-med 3 deep, etc); multiple treatments- microneedling (multiple treatments)-kybella (spot for fat, secondary benefit tightening)- judicious use of botox and/or fillers to the lower face and parts of neck- nova threads or a similar threadlift based procedure

Answer: Lack of results I'm sorry for your disappointment. CoolSculpting has been shown to be clinically effective in reducing chin fat. This is why it was approved by the FDA for this purpose. Having said that, patients do experience varied results. We usually do our chin procedures in combination with various forms of skin tightening. It is hard to diagnose from your pictures exactly what might be best for you, but I would look for a complete body center which has several forms of treatment and get a second opinion.
