Which CoolSculpting applicator is best for the flanks? Is it usually 1 or 2 applicator treatments for each side? (Photos)

I had a consultation for Coolsculpting of my abdomen and flanks. The nurse did markings for the areas she recommended. In looking at the markings, I'm wondering if the flanks is 1 applicator treatment per side or if 2 is needed for each flank. I attached photos of the markings
