Answer: Can CoolSculpting Be Used Below the Buttocks? CoolSculpting Can Treat Some Banana Rolls
The CoolMini applicator that’s available as part of Zeltiq’s CoolSculpting system can be used to treat the area just below the buttocks, otherwise known as banana rolls. If the bulge is a bit bigger, we can also use the new CoolPetite applicator. This area can be stubborn, however, and often needs more than one treatment for adequate correction. In some cases, the bulge is mainly skin and CoolSculpting will not help much. Your dermatologist will be able to tell if you’d be a good candidate, or if another solution would work better for you. At our center, we offer DualSculpting, which means that you can have both areas under the buttocks treated at once. We also offer Zimmer Z-Wave radial pulsed therapy after a CoolSculpting session to maximize results. Please find a board-certified dermatologist to evaluate your buttocks and determine if you are a candidate for CoolSculpting.

Answer: Banana Roll Hi there,It sounds like you may have what we like to call a "banana roll." It's small pockets of fat where the buttocks and upper thigh meet. A true banana roll is treatable with Coolsculpting, and has recently been FDA approved by the company. I suggest consulting with your service provider to determine that your area of concern is appropriate for this treatment.
