Is there any surgery or combination of surgeries with which I can slim down the sides of my face?

Question

I would like to know if through surgery I can slim the sides of my face such as cheekbones and the jaw region below the cheekbones? I thought about a reduction malarplasty and bichectomy but I'm not sure if it would give a similar result.

Different options may be available but what to consider in your particular case may be decided only on the basis of in person consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon. so buccal fat removal is by far the easiest way. It's a safe and simple operation but only makes a modest difference in my experience. You are there in Lift with maxillofacial procedures like chiselling the angle of the jaw or some  Botox to the masseter can help.
