Question

I would like to know if through surgery I can slim the sides of my face such as cheekbones and the jaw region below the cheekbones? I thought about a reduction malarplasty and bichectomy but I'm not sure if it would give a similar result.

Hello, hope you are well. There are lots of options for facial slimming, but it is hard to give a recommendation based on the photo that you provided. Ideally, you should have consultation so that your facial anatomy can be assessed in-person to determine where the most progress can be made in the simplest possible way. FaceTite may be a good option for you, but there are also surgical procedures like buccal fat removal and cheek and jaw bone contouring to consider depending on your exact goals.

The appearance of your face or facial structure is primarily determined by bone structure. What makes each person have a unique facial appearance is much more related to skeletal structure than anything else. This is true, for what differentiates people who have more attractive and less attractive features. For that reason soft tissue manipulation well at best give you a partial improvement. I generally do not recommend removing facial fat because this creates premature aging later in life. This includes steering people away from having buccal fat removal.
