What did the surgeon do during my Buttock Augmentation? 12 years post surgery, my muscle is wasting away (Photo)

after surgery I was limping for a week. Than my right calf lost strength, I could stand only toes without helping by leaning on something. within 2 weeks my muscle in my calves and quads have atrophied so dramatically. I was a professional female bodybuilder for 15 years. It has been 12 years post surgery my muscle is waisting away and NO DOCTOR has any answers or even suggestions. PLEASE HELP

Thank you for your question, it would be good to see pictures to understand what you want to achieve better. I believe most Doctors would hesitate to do liposuction on an area where there are implants because of the risk of affecting the implant.
