Would I benefit from blepharoplasty? (Photo)

Question

I'm 39 and have almond eyes and some positive canthal tilt. I have high broad cheekbones and prominent brow ridge. My eyes have become more hooded with the years but doesn't bother me as I read is a good feature in men. My concern is lower eyelid. I've always had dark circles probably from genetics and allergy. I wanted to know if I would see an improvement from blepharoplasty or is not worth it in my case. I barely have fine lines I think

Your eyebrows are slightly below the level of the orbital rim and you may benefit from a brow lift. This will help with the upper eyelid hooding. You may also benefit from an upper and/or lower blepharoplasty.

Hi from Istanbul. An upper and lower blepharoplasty, combined with the repositioning of fat pads, could effectively address your concerns, especially if complemented by deep microfat injections where necessary. Hope this helps, best of luck!

I think a conservative lower eyelid blepharoplasty with modern removal of the three fat pads would give you a more useful and alert appearance. Most likely a trans conjunctival approach would be ideal. Alternatively, you could consider mid face volume restoration using fillers. I think in your case, the bulging in your lower eyelids is giving you a slightly tired appearance. 
Consult with plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, or oculoplastic surgeons in your community. Doing this procedure is a bit of a balancing act between not following out the area, looking gaunt and it’s the same time Getting a nice improvement.
I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with local providers, who seem to have a lot of experience with lower eyelid left plasty surgery.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up your portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of people who had similar facial characteristics to your own. Bring pictures of your own face with you to use as reference during consultations.
An experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a providers career is insufficient.
Continue having consultations until you feel quite comfortable. You found the best provider for your needs. Don’t assume that being board-certified and plastic surgery is sufficient to have mastered anyone single procedure.
