I feel like my eyes are asymmetrical, and it has been bothering me a lot recently. Some doctors have told me that I have ptosis in my left eye and that I should get it fixed through surgery, while others have told me to avoid surgery.I’m lost on what to do.

You are a great candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transposition. This surgery moves your natural fat to fill the tear trough and remove the “bag.” You also have ptosis of the left upper lid that needs to be addressed to restore symmetry. Best to see an eyelid expert.
The eyebrow and the eyelid are two separate units and should be treated as such. Eyelid surgery may change the shape and appearance of your eyelid but should not alter the position or appearance of the eyebrow. If possible, I would consider waiting on your eyebrow tattoo until after your surgery...
