The white bump on the tip of your nose looks like a cartilage "bossa". Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered to permanently camouflage your visible tip cartilage. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Yes, there is visible (and asymmetric) dome cartilages. It is very subtle, but if you wanted to improve it you should have a rhinoplasty.
