Hi and welcome to our forum!2 dimensional viewing of a 3 dimensional image may be deceiving.From your photos, the upper 1/3 of the nose does not appear midline. It appears angulated. There is a blunted round amorphous nasal tip and a minimal hump deformity of the slightly high nasal bridge. Non-surgical "rhinoplasty" involves the use of soft tissue fillers to fill out indentations. There is no non-surgical method of correction of these entities.Best wishes...
