White bump on nose tip after Septorhinoplasty - what should I do? (photos)

Hello, had a rhinoseptoplasty in September of 2020. Didn't have any pain for the past year and the results are quite good and pleasant. But, a white dot has been forming and growing on density for some time now. It's a big white bump on the left side or my nose tip.
