The hanging columella is simple. Just trim cartilage from the lower edge of the septum. From photos alone hard to tell what is causing tip to stick out snd up but that should also be straightforward in correcting.

There is no evidence of a pinched tip. On the contrary the cartilages appear to be relatively complex and the image suggests cephalic trim. It is possible to change the configuration of the tip but in general it requires some additional support to the columella which can be source either from the septum if it has not been used already or from rib cartilage.It would also involve division an overlap of the medial crura if you want to reduce the convexity of the columella (hanging columella). There is absolutely no polly beak deformity in your situation.
