I am about 10 months out from a subtle rhinoplasty. My tip was just very slightly deprojected. Over the last week, I have noticed more prominent cartilage. There appears to be a small bump visible especially with smiling. Is this a bossae? Not sure if swelling came down just enough to now show. Is revision the best option?!
