It appears your septum was left a little long and that may be disturbing your nostrils. Reducing that little piece of cartilage between the nostrils may be all that is required. I see this situation often.

It looks like you had a closed rhinoplasty and without knowing exactly what you had done nor what you looked like pre op it’s difficult to comment. However , people are using filler material to address any asymmetry or steroid injections. Ask your surgeon to consider these
