I had my first BA with high profile silicone 450cc under the muscle in 2021. They looked amazing 2 weeks post op (see pic). I did a revision on my L side in 2022 to fix a doublebubble & flex deformity & the implant was placed over the muscle. My breasts still don't look right. They're very asymmetrical. What can I have done to make them look more like they did in the 2 week post op picture? I understand implants drop an settle, but what happened to mine? They look awful. Thank you for the help!

You are gaining about a half cup more in volume and should notice that difference in size. Your bra may or may not change depending upon how well it fits now.
This is a complex problem to address. I would recommend placing both implants under the muscle, downsizing to a significantly smaller implant, placing soft tissue support/internal bra (Galaflex), and performing a breast lift. The placement of very large implants can create significant problems...
