I had my first BA with high profile silicone 450cc under the muscle in 2021. They looked amazing 2 weeks post op (see pic). I did a revision on my L side in 2022 to fix a doublebubble & flex deformity & the implant was placed over the muscle. My breasts still don't look right. They're very asymmetrical. What can I have done to make them look more like they did in the 2 week post op picture? I understand implants drop an settle, but what happened to mine? They look awful. Thank you for the help!

Answer: BA results Dear Giraffespots00, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Implants Placing the implants in front of the muscle has lost some support for their weight. One side has bottomed out from the weight of the implant and not much support. Ideally, you should go down in size and probably use mesh plus tighten the inferior pocket. You will not have the upper breast fullness placing implants in front of the muscle like you had with implants behind the muscle.
