Heparin or ASA use before round 2 breast aug & 360 lipo as blood clot prophylactic?

I will be going for round 2 breast Aug/360 lipo procedures my lab work recently show my LDL and total cholesterol is very high. Would you recommend heparin or ASA as blood clot prophylactic before procedure since blood clots are 1 of the highest complications of surgery?

External ultrasound treatments and oral Accolate can be tried. However, your implants are too large for your frame and still may cause problems.

Your surgeon will probably cut out the old scars. Once healed, you can consider micro-needling or laser treatments if needed.
