I had 650 cc smooth round silicone placed under the muscle 5-6 years ago. My left implant sits higher and I have a double bubble. It is also slightly more firm than the right breast, which is soft and has settled perfectly. Are there any nonsurgical options to repair the left breast? I should note that I had capsular contracture on the right breast shortly after surgery and it healed with Singulair. Thank you for your time and help.
Answer: Implants External ultrasound treatments and oral Accolate can be tried. However, your implants are too large for your frame and still may cause problems.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Charming209937, though rare, some women who undergo breast augmentation will develop a minor deformity known as a “double bubble,” in which additional folds appear underneath the breasts due to the implant accidentally shifting or contracting post-surgery. In most cases, the implant simply slipped too far down the chest wall and traveled behind the breast inframammary crease (the area where the lower breast meets the chest), instead of moving forward to fill the breast cavity. If left untreated, the lopsided implant will form unnatural indentations, resulting in an odd “four-breast effect” rather than the full, rounded chest the patient initially desired. Answer: Breast Lift Firmness equals capsular contracture, and Singulair never cured a single patient of true capsular contracture (any 'cures' would have spontaneously improved without the medicine, given enough time). The term 'double bubble', although used in the way you did, is best called 'waterfall deformity'. Double bubble is what happens when an implant slips under the native inframammary fold due to drop out, which you don't have; you have sagging breasts that need to be lifted. Although your implants appear too high, and they may be a touch too high, most of that excess upper pole fullness is due to the large size of the implant and the low position of your breast tissue and nipple areolar complex relative to the implant. You'll need an expert in revision breast augmentation to evaluate you in person, but to get the pretty breast shape you're looking for a breast lift will be necessary. BTW, any periareolar skin lift, like a 'donut' or 'crescent' lift is not a breast lift.

Answer: Double bubble Based on your description and single photo (naked photos of the anterior and both lateral views is necessary for accurate responses), I feel the only treatment is to do a partial capsulectomy during a revision procedure. At this point in time, the chances of correcting your higher breast using massage and binding techniques is very slim.
