Hello 8 years ago, I changed the implants for larger ones and repaired the bottoming out. Do you think the implants are too low? I also gave birth 4 years ago and i think my breast are too low. What do you tking its again bottoming out or something else? Thank you

You are gaining about a half cup more in volume and should notice that difference in size. Your bra may or may not change depending upon how well it fits now.
This is a complex problem to address. I would recommend placing both implants under the muscle, downsizing to a significantly smaller implant, placing soft tissue support/internal bra (Galaflex), and performing a breast lift. The placement of very large implants can create significant problems...
No, because bleeding from heparin or ASA is a higher risk than blood clots. I would suggest keeping your surgery below 4 hours. If it is over, break it into two surgeries.
