Hello, I'm 25 years old I've been struggling with a double chin regardless of my weight and it makes me feel so insecure. Are there any procedures that would help & what is the average cost? I'm located in Vancouver, BC Canada. Thank you in advance!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Another option is liposuction, a surgical procedure where a small incision is made behind the chin, sometimes extending to behind the ears. During this procedure, fat is removed from the neck, with a recovery time of about 7 to 10 days.

The most invasive but often most impactful treatment is a neck lift, where an incision is made around your ear, similar to a facelift. The skin is then re-draped for a smoother appearance.

Each of these treatments has its pros and cons, and the best choice for you would depend on your specific needs and recovery timeline. I hope this helps guide your decision.

From your photo it appears that you are an excellent candidate for liposuction of the area.   I can't comment on the price in your area, however a local Plastic Surgeon can provide you with that.

There are various options depending on your anatomy, how much correction you want, and what kind of downtime/cost you are OK with.
Without a full side view of your face it is difficult to say for certain, but it looks to me like your chin might be weak. Moving the chin forward can help improve the fullness under your neck. Liposuction of the submental/jawline area can be performed at the same time to further improve the area. In some cases this is all that needs to be done.
If you want the sharpest neck possible, a deep necklift is a better option. This allows me to go after not only the fat in your neck, but prominent glands and muscles. In some cases a chin implant may also be needed at the same time.

"For a double chin, InMode FaceTite with VASERlipo would give you the best result.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, Halo, or Erbium) and microneedling RF (Fractora, Morpheus8, PiXel8, Intensif) to improve the crepey skin and wrinkles. Overall, the neck can be treated with a combination approach:

6. Renuvion (J-Plasma), ThermiRF, and InMode FaceTite/AccuTite for internal tightening

8. Regular Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, or InMode Forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness
9. PDO NovaThreads or Silhouette InstaLift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production
