Hello, I'm 25 years old I've been struggling with a double chin regardless of my weight and it makes me feel so insecure. Are there any procedures that would help & what is the average cost? I'm located in Vancouver, BC Canada. Thank you in advance!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

There are various options depending on your anatomy, how much correction you want, and what kind of downtime/cost you are OK with.
Without a full side view of your face it is difficult to say for certain, but it looks to me like your chin might be weak. Moving the chin forward can help improve the fullness under your neck. Liposuction of the submental/jawline area can be performed at the same time to further improve the area. In some cases this is all that needs to be done.
If you want the sharpest neck possible, a deep necklift is a better option. This allows me to go after not only the fat in your neck, but prominent glands and muscles. In some cases a chin implant may also be needed at the same time.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). It appears from the photos that you would benefit from submental and jawline liposuction. It would improve your definition and contour. In some cases, I perform a platysmaplasty to reduce the subplatysmal fat and tighten the muscle to create a better cervical/mental angle.

It is very important to understand that there are two compartments a fat in the neck, And they are located both above AND below the platysma muscle in the neck. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat pockets above muscle. A surgical neck lift is going to be required to remove most of the fat in your neck which is below the muscle in addition to the liposuction of the deposits above the muscle. This also involves a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline. Also consider placement of a small chin implant to augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck itself, since your mandible bone is recessive. Both a neck lift and a chin implant can bee performed together through the very same incision under brief general anesthesia as an outpatient procedure. Choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience addressing sub-platysmal fat deposits
