I had longed for a tummy tuck for many years. Always drawn to that part of my body and focusing on disguising it as best I could.
I eventually talked my wonderful husband into letting me at least look into this procedure.
Lets just say I spent a lot of time looking for the right consultant.
Russell's name kept coming up and after my research I knew he was the one.

I have to say his PA Avril is a cut above any PA I have ever know and I feel that she was on this journey also as she is very informative and nothing is too much trouble.
Avril also gets back to you with any questions you might have.

So onto my consultation with Russell I immediately felt at ease Russell talked over my options and best outcomes for me.
That all decided I went to ross hall where all the team where first class and I knew I was in the very best of hands.
If you are thinking of this procedure I cannot recommend Russell enough.
My after care also amazing I am now 12 weeks surgery and the results are unbelievable.
I cannot explain the difference in my body and confidence.
It is a big decision it is life changing.
Believe me its well worth it !!

After 25 years of wanting a breast reduction and lots of research, I chose Russell for my procedure and I am so glad I did! He instantly put me at ease and was honest and open about the procedure and what results to expect. He listened patiently to my questions and I knew that I was in excellent hands. His secretary Avril is also amazing. She is available 24/7 and is only a text away. I had a bit of an issue with the procedure codes with Ross Hall and Avril took the time to call me while on holiday to help fix it. She really goes above and beyond.

The day of the procedure Russell came to see me before surgery and we discussed the expected results again and I had the chance to ask any questions. The surgery went well and I had 1.6kg removed in total which was perfect for the look I was after. My post surgery recovery was really smooth. Minimal pain and I had no openings. The dressing that goes on post op is fantastic and stayed intact up until my follow up appointment, even with showering! The scarring is minimal, even with my pale skin and I am extremely impressed.

I have went from a 36HH to a 34C/D and I can not emphasise enough how life changing it has been. I am able to run, climb hills and wear clothes that I could never in million years of before. Russell is a perfectionist and gave me exactly the result and experience I wanted. If you are in Scotland and considering this surgery then I would 100% recommend Russell - you will not regret it!

Upper eyelid Surgery
My experience with Dr Russell was amazing. Although nervous on my initial consultation he put me at ease quickly and listened to my thoughts on why I made the appt and how I viewed my eyes.
He took notes of everything I said, outlined the problems that he could see and gave me a copy when the consultation finished.
The surgery went very well, all staff putting me at my ease and being very friendly and informative. The injections were a bit uncomfortable but absolutely nothing to complain about. The procedure went smoothly and it was over within the hour.
I was given a bag to take home with me with cool gels eye pads, cream and aftercare information once I had rested up for a bit.
I returned later to have the stiches removed and was then given a follow up appt with Dr Russell. He was very pleased with the healing process, as was I.
All in all a pain free experience, in beautiful surroundings with an excellent Surgeon and lovely friendly Nurses and staff.

I had breast uplift surgery with Russell in Jan 2025.
I’m absolutely delighted with the results. I had 3 consultations with Russell, he was patient and candidly addressed all my questions.
I honestly couldn’t believe how straight forward the surgery was, I only ever required simple pain relief (paracetamol and ibuprofen), on discharge the hospital provided dihydrocodeine but I never experienced significant pain post op.
My only regret is not having the operation years ago, it has increased my confidence in every aspect of my life.
I highly recommend Russell he is meticulous in his approach at every stage of the patients journey.

For me the thought of having face/ neck surgery was something something daunting which I was reluctant to
embrace…..after having skin tightening, thread lifts there came to a point where nothing was working for me .. I then began researching as I really wanted to find the best surgeon . I had Blepharoplasty procedure at the beginning of January, carried out by Russell and his team @ McKeown Medical. Russell explained the procedure thoroughly at our earlier consultation. On the day Russell and his team chatted away, felt very at ease. I am so delighted with results I went out and bought new eye shadow for my holidays 4 weeks after procedure, which I hadn't done for years as you couldn't see my lids. It has given me my confidence back.

I cannot praise Dr Bramhall enough Wow !! What an amazing job he has done on my upper eyelids. When i look in the mirror i can see my younger self in my eyes. No more tired hooded lids. Dr Bramhall explained everything in great detail and i felt very safe in his hands. I now feel confident to not have my glasses on all the time and love how smooth my eyeshadow goes on. He truly is an artist and i would highly recommend him.

Very friendly and professional. Russel made me feel relaxed and at ease, explaining the procedure and process without me feeling pressured into having the procedure done.
