I want my eyes to be more hooded, less sunken and my tear duct to be less openes or visible. I don’t want a monolid I added these pictures to show how much smaller i want my eyes to be.

It is possible to lower the upper eyelid crease, repair the upper eyelid ptosis and create an antiform fold (outie eyelid) from an synform fold (innie eyelid). Unfortunately only a handful of surgeons in the world are performing this type of work. You can't simply walk into a surgery clinic or even and eyelid surgery clinic and expect to find this type of work. This configuration often occurs after blepharoplasty so on my website you find discussion of this type of work on my "fixing botched upper eyelid surgery." I am attaching a link to that page and a video that demonstrates that work. You did not indicate if you had prior eyelid surgery. Whether you did or did not matters because the surgery in post blepharoplasty eyelids also requires with removal prior internal scars. Your eyes can be your best feature.
