How can I get rid of double eye bags? And why do I get them? (photos)

Question

I'm only 24, nothing genetic, very broke, please help me! Please note lighting is also is a factor I'm Big on photography and do some modeling but I always see those bags in my photos and normal day to day all the time I notice a lot more when shadows hit them a certain way but I Don't even want to see them then. I really don't want surgery or injections or fillers really haha but I would love to kno why I have this and how to stop it. Thanks -Alexis

question.This appears to be genetic prominent lower eyelid fat pads.  Filler can do an excellent job of camouflaging this. A more permanent solution is lower eyelid blepharoplasty.

To be sure, see
two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to
make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have these
treatments.

Take your index finger and put it on top of the bump in the lower eyelid.  It the bump soft or is it hard?  I suspect the bump is hard and represents your orbital rim.  If this is the case, lower eyelid surgery will not resolve the issue.   However lower eyelid filler is fantastic.  The service is great but fussy.  It is best if you can get this treatment close to home in case in needs to be adjusted.  Properly done, you will love this service.  Take your time to find the right injector.

You have some prolapsed orbital fat, which is probably genetic at your young age.  The prominent fat pads cast a shadow on the tear trough to create the dark circle.  Above the fat you can see the outline of the orbicularis muscle.  The best thing to do is to put some filler below the fat in the tear trough.  This will help to mask the orbital fat and smooth out the appearance.

ICV double fullness that you referred to.  The top 1 beneath your lashes is simply the eyelid muscle and cannot be removed are changed.The bag below the muscle is most likely herniated intraorbital fat.  This will be soft if you touch it.  You are young and could benefit from a trans-conjunctival lower blepharoplasty to reduce the fat and possibly  release of the structure call the arcus marginalis which would redrape the eyelid.Please consult a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert at oculoplastic surgery.
