Is this a stitch hanging out of my nostril 4 years post op? (Photos)

Had rhinoplasty 4 years ago. Woke up this morning and looks like a stitch hanging out of nostril. Is this possible? My nose hair is black, while this looks white as dental floss. Do I just cut it or should I contact my plastic surgeon?
