I am tempted to get cheek implants as I have prominent nasolabial folds at a young age and flat front cheeks. I am wondering what different kinds of implants exist, in terms of placement but also in terms of material used. I also have heard a lot about implants having a good chance of moving and not faring well with ageing. Is that true? Especially as the bone structure changes with age, how do the implants keep up? Not really into filler as a replacement and heard that fat graft don't last

Providing that you do not have an ongoing implant infection, removal of cheek implants and face lift may be done together. It your surgeon decision how to remove them but uso g already existing incisions (scars) may be the best way to do it. Good luck.
