I had silicone cheek implants removed 6 months ago. I developed an abscess several weeks later in my left cheek. I immediately went on antibiotics and had the pus drained but there is still a bit of a lump despite me massaging it. Would I be able to get cheek implants in the future or would scar tissue make this not possible?

Answer: Replacement after cheek implants infection
Nasolabial folds are not caused by bone deficiency of any kind and for that reason facial implants od an any kind is not going to correct that problem. Current solutions are soft tissue fillers and they seem to be working well except for the cost. Hope this helps.
Most likely that cheek augmentation with implants is the most predictable solution for cheek augmentation. Rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty could be done in the same time. Your surgeon should decide which procedure and order he/she is comfortable with. Good luck.
Providing that you do not have an ongoing implant infection, removal of cheek implants and face lift may be done together. It your surgeon decision how to remove them but uso g already existing incisions (scars) may be the best way to do it. Good luck.
