I did a revision some years ago and have some questions: *The doctor loosened my cartilage and moved it closer to the middle so now my nose is to narrow and got an ugly shape. Is it possible to loosen the cartilage and move it back to it's original posision? *The doctor also sewed my nose tip together, can the stitches be removed so that the tip of the nose remains as before? *I got alar retraction, most likely because of scarring where incisions were made, can it get better with time?
