Can my cartilage be loosened and moved back to it's original place? (Photo)

I did a revision some years ago and have some questions: *The doctor loosened my cartilage and moved it closer to the middle so now my nose is to narrow and got an ugly shape. Is it possible to loosen the cartilage and move it back to it's original posision? *The doctor also sewed my nose tip together, can the stitches be removed so that the tip of the nose remains as before? *I got alar retraction, most likely because of scarring where incisions were made,can it get better with time?

It is hard to comment on specific issues without the luxury of seeing you in person or looking at better photos. However, that being said, many of the results you mention can be reversed to a greater or lesser degree. It should also be noted that in addition to cartilage being repositioned, there is scar tissue that forms and contraction of the internal, and to a lesser degree, the external lining. Your best option is to seek the advice of surgeons who specialize in revision rhinoplasty.
