What procedure is needed to bring my philtrum back to its original angle and gain projection back? (photos)

As you can see, during my initial Rhinoplasty, my philtrum was sewn further into my face, making it now at an angle and giving me a smooshed face look. As well as, my columella is now retracted. What procedure will be needed during my revision to bring my philtrum back to its original angle and gain projection back?

While the nasal shape is not too bad, if you want to bring the columella back down a bit, a cartilage graft can be used called a septal extension graft. Plumping grafts can also be used to bring that area down some as well. Your projection is fine so you don't need to increase that. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

It may be in your best interest to start very conservatively; injection of filler into columella as well as supratip or tip, may be an easy wey to see what can be achieved with augmentation using permanent materilal like cartilage or fascia. This should be discussed with your surgeon or you may consider a second opinion consultation. Good luck.
