As you can see, during my initial Rhinoplasty, my philtrum was sewn further into my face, making it now at an angle and giving me a smooshed face look. As well as, my columella is now retracted. What procedure will be needed during my revision to bring my philtrum back to its original angle and gain projection back?

Hello, I hope you are well!!In my opinion it looks like fibrosis, maybe you can try with triamcinolone injections, it is a corticosteroid you can do it every 21 days, but I don´t think you need more than two or three shots, I think this will help you.
