Asymmetric nostrils & crooked columella, what do you think about my rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Gentle Doctors, I had rhinoplasty surgery 6 months ago. I've noticed a few things that I don't like,first of all the asymmetry of the nostrils (The left nostril seems swollen inside). Do you think a secondary intervention is needed? in addition, the columella seems crooked Thanks for your attention Best regards

While the nasal shape is not too bad, if you want to bring the columella back down a bit, a cartilage graft can be used called a septal extension graft. Plumping grafts can also be used to bring that area down some as well. Your projection is fine so you don't need to increase that. Be sure to...
