Asymmetric nostrils & crooked columella, what do you think about my rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Gentle Doctors, I had rhinoplasty surgery 6 months ago. I've noticed a few things that I don't like,first of all the asymmetry of the nostrils (The left nostril seems swollen inside). Do you think a secondary intervention is needed? in addition, the columella seems crooked Thanks for your attention Best regards
