Real self It has been 8 months since I had rhinoplasty surgery. I am sad about the appearance of my nostrils. They hang down/out which makes them look even bigger than before surgery. My nose has also become significantly thicker over time after I got the cast off. What can be done about the nostrils so that they do not appear hanging out and downwards? and is there a need for a revision in relation to this and/or to the shape of the nose? I try to be patient, but it's hard
