Concerned about breast implant illness. Are there any implants that don't contain so much bad things like heavy metals?

Hi is there any breast implant that are Natural for the body and dosen’t contain so much bad things like heavy metals and stuff? I have tuberous breast so i really need implants but i dont want to get sick because of my looks. I am a healthy person overall and dont want the implants to limit me in my workout. I have under the muscle right now and i feel them constantly when i breath. Would over the muscle take away that feeling for me? Or will the feelings of the implants go away with time?

You appear to have a distinct breast fold and no constriction of tissue around your nipples, therefore your breasts aren’t tuberous.
