I regret to say that I am not aware of any exercises that will make the eyes "smaller." If your eyelid openings are too wide, and it is causing problems then there are surgeries to make the upper eyelids drop down or to pull the lower eyelids upward. If this is causing your problems with discomfort, dry eyes, redness then I would see an oculoplastic surgeon.
