Is it ok to have blepharoplasty with nose and chin implant revisions all together?

Most likely it would be ok to perform a blepharoplasty at the same time as the other procedures depending on a few factors--your surgeons comfort, time needed for surgery, extent of the procedures you need, etc.  The main issue would likely be the time under anesthesia--if your surgeon anticipates that the time needed to perform all 3 together is too long then he/she may want you to split them into 2 smaller surgeries for your safety.  Healing time is best discussed with your surgeon of choice because it completely depends on what exactly needs to be done at the time of surgery.  It is always best to avoid being in direct sun for a year after surgery because sun is very bad for scars and tends to make them to be more obvious than they would otherwise be. I ask my patients to avoid direct sun exposure and wear daily sunscreen for at least a year after surgery. Good luck!

I believe the 3 procedures can be performed at the same time, assuming your surgeon has experience performing these procedures.  You do not want to be under anesthesia for more time than necessary.  An experienced surgeon will be efficient.
