Is it ok to have blepharoplasty with nose and chin implant revisions all together?

There is really no functional problem with the three operations that you are considering. Without complications you should be in fine shape In 40 days.

There is no problem having the procedures simultaneously and many patients choose to do this to reduce down time.  The important thing is to make sure that your surgeon is an expert in treating all these areas.  Blepharoplasty, specifically, requires artistry and finesse and revision rhinoplasty can be challenging.  In our practice we often will have our oculoplastic surgeon perform the eyelid surgery and the facial plastic/ENT surgeon do the nose and chin so that the patient can benefit from experts in each of these areas.  If you're comfortable with the skills of your surgeon, it shouldn't be an issue though.

It is acceptable to undergo 3 procedures at the same time under one anesthetic and one recovery period. Anticipate approximately 2 weeks of bruising and swelling after the procedures and it should be acceptable to travel 40 days after your surgery

Most likely it would be ok to perform a blepharoplasty at the same time as the other procedures depending on a few factors--your surgeons comfort, time needed for surgery, extent of the procedures you need, etc.  The main issue would likely be the time under anesthesia--if your surgeon anticipates that the time needed to perform all 3 together is too long then he/she may want you to split them into 2 smaller surgeries for your safety.  Healing time is best discussed with your surgeon of choice because it completely depends on what exactly needs to be done at the time of surgery.  It is always best to avoid being in direct sun for a year after surgery because sun is very bad for scars and tends to make them to be more obvious than they would otherwise be. I ask my patients to avoid direct sun exposure and wear daily sunscreen for at least a year after surgery. Good luck!

I believe the 3 procedures can be performed at the same time, assuming your surgeon has experience performing these procedures.  You do not want to be under anesthesia for more time than necessary.  An experienced surgeon will be efficient.
