Why do I feel something squishing when I press on the center of my chest?

ciera_gibson
I am 5 days post op from my BA. I have 520cc silicone implants. Every time I press on my chest I feel something squish. It doesn’t feel like regular fat either. It is in the center of my chest above my implant. I know I overdid it today by driving and even playing around with my husband a little (light pushing around and wrestling a bit). Is it possible I ruptured an implant??? When I press on my breast, my implant seems to still be solid and there is no visible misshaping.
