2 days post Dysport: I can only raise one eyebrow -- is this a concern?

Yesterday morning I had dysport injected into my 11’s and crows feet. This evening I noticed that when I raise my eyebrows, one is higher then the other. It feels like my right eyebrow can’t raise. Is this the beginning of brow drop? Given it’s only day 2, will it get worse? She did say she had also given me a slight ‘brow lift’.

Dysport's onset of action is usually 4-5 days. See what you look like at that time and follow up with your injector. Hope this helps. JB

Thanks for your question. The full effect of Dysport/Botox is 2 weeks. It’s likely is working better on one side, but it should even out. Don’t be concerned.

It can take up to two weeks for you to see your final results from your Dysport treatment.  If after that time you have concerns return to your injector for an evaluation.  The effects of Dysport are temporary and gradually wear off over three to four months.  Always see an expert injector for treatment.

Two days is too soon to tell as it takes two weeks to see the full effect of the dysport. If you are not happy in two weeks with your result, I would recommend going back to your injector to discuss your options.

It takes 7-14 days to see the full effects of the Dysport treatment. The Dysport can "kick-in" a little uneven and then even out by 14 days. Since it has only been 2 days, I would give it more time.

Hi,It takes a full 1-2 weeks for the dysport to take full effect. It is more likely that one side has taken effect a little faster than the other.
