How soon after Dysport can I get my eyebrows threaded (involves pulling skin taut above and below eyebrow)?

I tell my patients that they can return to their normal lives the next day.  Aggressive manipulation of the injection area is probably best avoided for a minimum of 48 hours after injection if possible.  I always recommend speaking with the doctor that injected you about any questions or concerns you might have.All the best,

It sounds like threading is pretty traumatic. I would recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours. Ask your injector too!Good luck from sunny Arizona! 

It is recommend to wait 48 hours after Dysport. Keep in mind, it will take 1-2 weeks for final results. Best, Dr. Emer

After 48 hours , you should be safe for treading your eyebrows.  In general make sure that they always pull your skin upward to avoid a gradual descent of the eyebrows due to excessive pulling !!

Hi thank you for your great question. The only real precautions to take after being treated with Dysport/Botox are to avoid rigourous excercise and alcoholic beverages for 24 hours following treatment. I see no reason why holding/stretching your skin would impact your treatment area. If you would like to be extra cautous, give it 48 hours just to be extra sure. If you experience irritation or swelling at the injection sites, then wait until the swelling subsides before further irritating the area.
