Will Dysport get rid of and prevent 11's caused by sleep position?

Dysport can reduce the appearance of 11’s by preventing the facial muscles responsible for frown lines from contracting, thereby reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Dysport is a neuromodulator. This product and those like it (Botox, Jeuveau, etc) work by affecting the ability of a muscle to contract. When this action is inhibited it softens the lines associated with that muscle contraction. Common areas are the glabella (11's), forehead, and crow's feet area. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful. If your 11's are starting to be noticeable then Dysport should improve their appearance.

Dysport is a neurotoxin used to reduce muscle activity and temporarily prevent contraction of the muscles that cause frown lines.  It great for moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabeller lines). If your wrinkles are deep, a lower-viscosity filler such as Restylane® or Volbella® may be needed in addition to Dysport®

Dysport typically works to weaken the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, which are wrinkles caused by movement of the face.  In the case of "11 lines", these are due to movement of the eyebrows together, or furrowing the brow.  I do not think of these lines as typical wrinkles caused by sleep position.  Lines in the face caused by sleep position will not respond well to dysport or any neuromodulators, as they are not due to movement of the face.  However, it is possible that you furrow your brow when you sleep (similar to certain people clenching the jaw when they sleep), and this may cause your 11 lines to be more pronounced.  In this case, dysport may be effective.  If the 11 lines are present at rest, when you are not furrowing your brow, then it is possible you may need a combination of both dysport and a small amount of filler to correct the lines.

Neurotoxins such as Dysport, Botox, or Xeomin are very effective at treating dynamic facial lines. Dynamic lines develop when a muscle moves. Neurotoxins relax these muscles, limiting their movement and therefore the skin overlying the muscle looks smoother. A dynamic "11" line would be present when you furrow your brow.  It sounds as if your "11" lines are more static, which would likely be treatable with HA fillers. I recommend you have a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to better assess the most effective treatment.

Botox and Dysport are used to treat dynamic wrinkles. These are wrinkles that develop when a muscle moves. Botox relaxes these muscles, limiting their movement and therefore the skin overlying the muscle looks smoother.
Dermal fillers are useful to smooth static wrinkles. These are wrinkles that are visible despite no muscle movement.
Combination of these two treatments often gives the best results.

Wrinlkle relaxers like Botox and Dysport can soften the appearance of dynamic lines and wrinkles on the upper face. Static or "etched in" lines will also improve over time with multiple Dysport treatments. In certain cases, combining a filler with the Dysport may give the best result. I recommend you schedule an in person consultation with an experienced aesthetic physician to determine an appropriate treatment plan. 

Dysport will weaken the contractions of your muscles in that area leading to softening of the wrinkles.  If they are really etched in, Dysport will show some improvement, but a filler may be needed to achieve further improvement.  Seek an experience injector to obtain your best results..
