120lbs, 200cc to 240cc & have crooked breasts, what can I do about this? (Photos)

Hi. I had anatomic breast implants for 20 years ( 200 cc ) rather small just a b cup. I recently went in to change them because one started to move . I wanted bigger , a C cup. The doctor did 240 cc ( like the minimal change, i would have liked bigger like 270,whatever. The issue I have is that one is lower than the other one by half cm. I am pretty lean 120 lb, so because of the definition, I can see this diference easily, under breast , nipples not in line and one profile higher.

You may have a capsule on the higher side. Please go back to your surgeon and discuss this. The lower side appears good. An examination is needed to be certain.

And almost all people both men and women the left breast sits higher on the chest wall than the right side.
And most people this is about 1/2 inch or 1 cm.
This appears to be true for you as well.
Plastic surgeons can’t move your breast on the chest wall.
The implant should be placed centered on each breast, even if that means placing the implants asymmetrically in comparison to each other.
 if the implants are lined up with each other, then they won’t be lined up with your breast which are not even.
Variables like asymmetry and sometimes be amplified with the projection of implants.
This is also true for other variables that lowers someone’s candidacy for breast augmentation like breast divergence.
Your implants are placed correctly and you should not expect the surgeon to move the breast on your chest wall.
Your breast asymmetry is very much within the norm, typical and standard.
