Is dermaroller treatment for acne scars permanent? And can I go out and do my works as usual after doing dermaroller treatment?

Derma roller should be from .5-1.0 in length. With home derma rollers all you should experience is redness but this should return to normal after about 1 hour post rollering. Hope this helps.
