Is it ok to have derma rolling with mild rosacea?

Any trauma to the skin, including fractional lasers, or even dermarolling can flare up rosacea. I frequently treat acne scarring patients with fractional lasers, only to flare up the rosacea, as blood vessels can increase after laser.
