Hello there.  In my experience, it should be safe to perform darmarolling after any fat transfer procedure.  The depth of penetration in mircroneedling varies from .2-3.0 mm.  This allows the dermaroller to penetrate the skin down to the level of the epidermis and dermis....

Depending on the depth of your scar, you may need 3-5 treatments. I highly recommend having a professional do it for you because the depth of needle that you would need to make a significant improvement requires facial numbing.For some ice pick scarring though, you may need them to be cut out....
