Mini or short scar TT, what would be the best option for flat stomach & smaller waist? (Photos)

Hello, After my first 3 kids I was able to get my abs back without a problem but I don’t see that happening this time around. I’d like to have a flat stomach and smaller waist, I have about a finger in ab separation that would have to be addressed. I would like to have my body back, what would be the best option?

Dear Girl_in_Black, I'm always very sorry to hear when a surgeon dismisses a patient that feels they are having issues. It is not expected to be swollen at 15 months post-op. Please seek a second opinion with another reputable surgeon.
