Second guessing my tummy tuck with BBL, am I doing the right thing? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and congratulations on the weight loss. Looking at the photos you have provided I would agree that you are a better candidate for a tummy tuck procedure. This will allow your Surgeon to tighten up the abdominal wall muscle, remove the extra skin and get you as flat as one can. It is a bigger surgery and requires some additional down time but it is a very safe procedure. I would suggest speaking with your Surgeon ahead of surgery to answer and of your questions and to help ease your concerns. Best of luck to you.

You appear to have loose skin in your midsection, so a tummy tuck would most likely be a more suitable option for you. During your tummy tuck, fat can be removed and transferred for the BBL.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would recommend doing a tummy tuck at this time. The contour of your abdomen in terms of how much fat would be needed for the BBL.

You will get your best results with a full tummy tuck because of the excess skin. However, I would suggest not doing it the same time as the BBL for you will have more difficulty sleeping and getting out of bed.

Tummy tuck is done to remove the excess skin of the abdomen and tighten the muslces to improve contour. Your pictures show that you are a candidate for tummy tuck and liposucition (lipotuck). Liposuciton alone will not give you optimal reuslts.

From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck. It will remove excess skin and fat as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy. There are scars, though they tend to heal well for most patients. There is recovery involved but most say that it was worth it. However no one but you can decide if this procedure is right for you.

Based on your pictures it looks like you would benefit from an abdominoplasty. Liposuction will further deflate your skin leaving more hanging. Even adding a skin tightening procedure such as jplasma or bodytite will not likely be enough to shrink the skin envelope.
