Approximately how many CC's is Charlotte McKinney? (Photo)

Question

Charlotte McKinney has everything I want in an augmentation: size, shape, hang, nipple placement, spacing between breasts. . . . I feel like I have shape and nipple placement working in my favor, possibly even hang. How many CCs is she and how can I best hope to achieve similar features? She's 5'7'' and 130lbs. I'm 5'5'' and 115lbs. I'm sorry I cannot attach a photo of her but it's an easy search.

The best way to determine how many ccs you need and how best to achieve your desired goal is to have an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon. At that time you will also be able to look at the before and after photos of women similar to you. When I show my patients pictures like these, every picture has the size of the implant I used, so I know how many ccs I need and which implant to order to accomplish their goals. The rumor is that she developed hers naturally through puberty and that she does not have breast implants. Either way she's blessed! I think in your case, you should see a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss you want rather big breasts. You can even try larger sizers while in the office and get a better idea of the kind of result you could achieve. Based on your photo, you would need very large breast implants (well over 500 ccs) to achieve your stated objectives. Overly large breast implants can lead to medical complications. Consult in person with an experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeon to understand your options.

My sincere advice is that you're best off optimizing your own breasts rather than aiming to create something thay may be unachievable and risky. You can have a significant augmentation to fill out your skin and breast tissue if your implants are better matched to your own size and skin distensibility. I find that this is best accomplished through the use of implant "sizers" placed temporarily during the procedure with you asleep but in a semi-upright position to judge which volume and dimension actually produces the best outcome of size and contour. Enjoy your results and be careful not to push to be too aggressive.

Your best bet when you are trying to decide on implants is to try on sizers of the exact implant you are considering inside a very tight sports bra. This will give you a close idea of what you will look like. More importantly the dimensions or width of the implants need to match and fit your frame and body. If you are working with a board certified plastic surgeon with an expertise in breast augmentation he or she should be able to help you with this in their office. Good luck!
